Welcome to Flo’s Kangoo Jumps blog
Welcome to my Kangoo Jumps blog. I have set this up to chart my experience and, hopefully, progress with exercising using the amazing Kangoo Jumps exercise boots.
This is an unofficial Kangoo Jumps user site. For the official Kangoo Jumps site, go to www.kangoojumps.com. There, you can find out all about the models and specifications on offer and buy direct. In my experience, delivery takes less than two weeks (this was shipping from Spain to the UK via FedEx.)
Over the coming weeks and months I will be reporting on how I get on, and surprise benefits or snags that I encounter. Please do get in touch or leave a comment if you are a Kangoo Jumps user and you want to talk about your own experiences. I’d be delighted to hear from you.
Here’s a potted profile of me at the start of my Kangoo odyssey. I’m hoping that weight figure will come down and my fitness level will go up! I will also be adding questions and answers as they arise, further down this page. Whether you are already a Kangoo aficionado or are thinking about investing in your first pair of KJs, I hope you’ll enjoy reading about my Kangoo exploits.

Questions and answers
Do I need a special bra to use Kangoo Jumps?
Probably not if you’re a man; and probably not if you’re a woman, either. I am not a medical or sports practitioner, so don’t take this as gospel, but I have noticed no untoward movement or discomfort so far in the chest department when using Kangoos while wearing an everyday bra, and I’m about a 38-40C – so not Jordan but no flattie either. In my opinion, it’s not the going up and down that causes problems – it’s the impact when you hit the ground. Take away that impact and there is no great need for extra bust support. I would love to hear from other women KJ users what their experiences are.
